Quality materialsà and realizationmade in Italy are the main elements that characterise the double bed Menardo. The bed è made of solid wood in the headboard and legs, the longons given the length of more than two metres to prevent breakage are made of blockboard (solid wood joined but smaller in size), solid wood covered then with a walnut veneer.
The special oil finish brings several advantages. Compared with traditional varnishes, in fact, products based on natural linseed oil enhance the wood's own grain and characteristics. When they come into contact with the wood fibre, they crystallize by occupying the pores of the wood fibre and simultaneously create barrier to the absorption of liquids( thus dirt) and increase the mechanical strength of the wood fibre. This oil è also water-repellent and resistant to weathering and UV rays. It thus constitutes an alternative that, in addition to being naturaland ecological, brings significant improvements.


The important and comfortable headboard constitutes another distinctive element of this bed's design. È upholstered and leather upholstered, available in the colours shown in the drop-down menu. È alternatively available is an extensive sampling of different fabrics and colours, including the option of requesting leather upholstery. They can also be customized even the measurements of the bed, to perfectly adapt it to every need. Contact us for information and/or quotes.
The bed in the standard version comes prepared for a 160x200 cm bedspring. The bed base is not supplied.
